See it running with your menu, your floor plan, your team.
Twenty minutes on a call, with your own menu on the screen rather than a demo restaurant's. It costs €99 per venue per month afterwards, and you have seven days to want your money back.
Prefer email? hello@gueridon.io
A reply within one business day, from hello@gueridon.io, with two or three times that might suit. Nothing is charged for the call and there is nothing to install before it.
We open the modules that match how you actually run. A counter café and a restaurant with a terrace need different screens, and showing you every one of them would waste most of the twenty minutes.
Bring a menu — the current one, prices included. Seeing your own dishes on the screen tells you more in five minutes than a tour of somebody else's restaurant does in an hour.
You will be told the price on the call and it is the one on this page. There is no quote to wait for and no discount that depends on how the conversation goes.
What it costs
€99 per venue, per month, excluding VAT. €990 if you pay for the year, which is two months back. Every module is included — there is no tier that holds back the reports.
No setup fee, no hardware to buy, no minimum term. See pricing for the detail.
If it is not for you
There is no free trial, on purpose. You pay for the first month like any other, and you have seven days to say it is not working — we return the money in full and do not ask why.
A free week is usually a week nobody puts a real menu into, and a real service is the only test that settles anything.
Before you write
We already use something. Is this all or nothing?
No. Venues commonly start with the menu and the kitchen display and switch on reservations, inventory and reporting later. The modules share one set of data, so turning one on does not mean entering anything twice — and there is no phase of running two systems in parallel and reconciling them.
Is the call a sales pitch?
It is a demo, so it is not neutral. What it is not is a qualification call that ends with a proposal three days later — the price is public, you will see the actual product rather than slides, and if it does not fit we will generally say so on the call.
We have several venues. How does that work?
Each venue is its own subscription at €99, and each keeps its own menu, floor plan, staff and reports. The group itself costs nothing. One call covers all of them.
We only open in season.
Then pay monthly and stop when you close. Nothing is deleted while you are away — the menu, the floor plan and last season's numbers are all there when you start again.
