Restaurant Loyalty Program Software

A stamp card that counts itself, earns the reward on its own, and takes it off the bill — with nothing for the guest to scan and nothing for a manager to approve at the till.

Why it matters

Every loyalty scheme fails at the same place: the moment it asks the guest to do something. Show the card. Open the app. Remember the code. Give the cashier your phone number while four people wait behind you. The reward has to be worth more than that friction, and it almost never is.

This one asks for nothing. A guest who is signed in and verified at your venue is already being counted, because ordering is the stamp. When they qualify, the reward comes off the next bill by itself.

What you set, and what it does

01

Count visits or count money — one or the other

Either a number of orders or an amount spent. Deliberately not both: "five orders and 100 KM" cannot be drawn on a card a guest can picture, and a rule a guest can't picture is a rule they don't play.

02

A window, or none

Progress can expire after 90, 180 or 365 days, or never. A window makes the card a habit; no window makes it a long thank-you.

03

Refillable or once, ever

A card that resets and starts again, or a single reward a guest earns one time. Both are legitimate; they're different offers.

04

A free dish or a percentage off

Name a menu item, or set a percentage. A free item discounts that size's own price — paid extras stay paid, and it never exceeds the bill.

05

Change your mind and nobody loses

Lower the threshold later and everyone who now qualifies is granted the reward retroactively. A reward already earned is never taken back.

What happens on its own, and what a person still does

The counting, the earning and the discount are automatic. Every order that reaches served updates the card; crossing the threshold earns the reward and notifies the guest that it's waiting; the next order applies it to the total before anyone looks at the bill. Two staff tapping at once can't spend one card twice, and cancelling an order puts the reward back.

Two things stay human on purpose. Approving a guest's request to be recognised at your venue is a person's decision. And honouring a gift code is a person's decision — a waiter types six characters and taps redeem. Codes never come off a bill on their own, because a birthday cake arriving at a table is not always an order line.

Who actually counts

Worth being precise, because it changes the numbers you'll see. A visit counts when the guest was signed in, approved at your venue, and the order reached served. Kiosk orders and anonymous QR sessions carry no account, so they can't be counted toward anyone's card — there's no device fingerprint or phone-number matching behind the scenes pretending otherwise.

Progress is per venue. A guest who eats at two restaurants running Gueridon is building two separate cards, not one shared balance.

Codes people can actually read out

Rewards handed out by hand — a birthday gift, a reply to a review, a targeted offer — travel as a six-character code. The alphabet excludes every character pair that gets misheard across a dining room on a Friday night: no O and 0, no I, L and 1, no S and 5, no B and 8. Codes are unique within your venue, valid between the dates you set, and can only be redeemed once.

Common questions

Are there points or tiers?

No. It's a stamp card with one reward — not a points balance and not a Bronze/Silver/Gold ladder. That's a deliberate limit: a one-time reward the guest can picture, rather than a permanent discount tier you can't withdraw later.

What does "verified" mean?

That someone on your team approved this guest's request to be recognised at your venue. It is your approval, not an identity check — there's no email confirmation, SMS or ID step behind it.

Does a guest need to install anything?

No. They sign in on the same web menu they were already ordering from. There's no app and no physical card.

Does the card work across several of my venues?

No — progress is per venue. Each of your venues runs its own card with its own threshold and its own reward.

Can staff still comp something manually?

Yes. The automatic reward doesn't replace judgement — staff can issue a gift code by hand whenever a guest deserves one.

What about a birthday reward?

There's a separate birthday reward you can switch on alongside the card, and a fuller birthday campaign that plans the invitation, the offer and the follow-up.
