Integrations

Restaurant software integrations you don't have to build.

Most of what venues integrate is two of their own tools trying to agree on something. Here they were never separate to begin with.

Where integrations usually go wrong

A reservation tool that syncs to a floor plan every fifteen minutes. A stock system that imports yesterday's sales overnight. A loyalty app with its own copy of the guest list. Each connection is a delay, a mapping to maintain, and a place where two systems hold different versions of the same fact — and the one that breaks quietly is always the one nobody is watching.

Gueridon is one database. A dish sold deducts its ingredients in the same transaction that records the sale. A booking appears on the floor plan because it is the floor plan's data. There is no sync window, because there is no second system.

What you'd otherwise be connecting

01

QR menu and ordering

Usually a separate menu service with its own dashboard. Here it's the same menu the kitchen, stock and reporting all read.

02

Reservations and floor plan

Usually two products with a sync between them. One booking, one live floor, no reconciliation.

03

Kitchen display

Usually a POS add-on. Orders route to stations from the same menu that priced them.

04

Inventory and recipe costing

Usually the hardest integration of all, because it needs sales data. It has sales data — it's in the same table.

05

Loyalty and guest marketing

Usually a bolt-on app with its own guest database. One guest record, one consent record, one visit history.

06

Reporting across all of it

Usually a spreadsheet somebody rebuilds monthly from three exports. Margin per dish exists because cost and sales were never apart.

What connects to the outside

Three things, and we'd rather name them than imply more. Live exchange rates come from an external provider so guests can read prices in their own currency. Menu translation runs on Google Gemini. Campaign and invitation email is delivered through Amazon SES.

Everything else a restaurant usually bolts together — menu, ordering, tables, kitchen, stock, staff, guests, reporting — is already inside, which is why the list above is short. If you are running a till or a payment provider you intend to keep, bring it to the demo and we will tell you plainly how the two would sit together.
