Is €99 per venue or per company?
Per venue. A group with three restaurants pays three times, and each one keeps its own menu, floor plan, staff and reports. There is no charge for the group itself.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There is nothing to install and no hardware to buy — the kitchen display and the staff portal run in a browser on whatever screens you already have.
Monthly or yearly?
Either. Yearly is €990, which is two months back for paying up front. A monthly subscription runs from the day you pay rather than to the end of the calendar month, so paying on the 15th of February takes you to the 15th of March.
We only open in season. Can we pay for those months?
Yes — that is what the monthly option is for. Stop paying when you close and nothing is deleted; the menu, the floor plan and last season's numbers are all still there when you start again.
What happens if we stop paying?
The venue switches off, and that includes the guest-facing side: the QR menu stops loading and no orders can be placed. It is not a reduced version of the product. Nothing is deleted, though, and paying switches it back on exactly as it was — we do not ask anyone to set their menu up twice.
Is there a free trial?
No, and deliberately. You pay for the first month like any other, and you have seven days to tell us it is not for you — we return the money in full, no reason needed. A free week tends to be a week nobody puts a real menu into, and running a real service on it is the only test that tells you anything.
